Nutriton:
Having completed a Masters degree (First class) in the leading nutrition MSc in Europe, specialising in Nutritional Medicine, Kasia then continued to specialise further in nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, sports nutrition, digestive health and blood sugar management.
Kasia is a registered associate nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr) with a passion in supporting people in their journey to better health and disease prevention, though nutritious food that fits into your lifestyle.
With a research background in nutritional medicine Kasia works with evidence based practices to give unbiased nutritional guidance. Since starting her private practice she continues to update her knowledge and practices with regular CPD courses to ensure all clients receive information that can empower them to take charge of their long term health.
There is most certainly not a one size fits all approach when it comes to nutrition, every person is completely different from their genetics to their lifestyle and even down to their food preferences, Kasia takes a very personalised approach to her nutrition practices ensuring goals are met via methods that work for the individual. Deprivation of the things we enjoy is not sustainable, however, simple changes to the diet and positive lifestyle changes can make all the difference to an individuals health and wellbeing if done in a sustainable way.
Kasia is a keen Ironman athlete and as well as training other athletes and beginners from various sporting backgrounds, she has worked with many athletes over the years supporting their performance with the correct nutrition and fuelling for optimal performance outcomes.

Kasia is a Personal Trainer, Specialising in Women's Health and Fitness, Weight Management and Injury Rehabilitation, she has a passion to help motivate others to see the importance of health, fitness and nutrition, though striving to find that balance in today's hectic society. Kasia will get you achieving your goals though educating you to make sustainable exercise and nutritional lifestyle changes.
Having run a successful personal training business in London for the past 7 years she has a wealth of knowledge that she now brings to clients in Sevenoaks after moving 2 months ago for a life with a little more greenery!

Holding a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the UK’s leading sports science institute at the University of Exeter and being a certified Level 3 REPS personal trainer as well as pre and post natal fitness qualified, Kasia provides an advanced scientific and evidence based approach to training and nutrition.
Kasia has a vast amount of experience working with clients with a verity of goals from fat loss, building strength, getting fit post or pre natal to rehabilitation after an injury. Kasia uses advanced evidence based training principals to achieve fantastic results. Vast experience and knowledge enables Kasia to create bespoke training and nutrition programmes targeted to your specific goals by looking at you holistically, factoring in; your lifestyle, sleep, nutrition, hydration and activity levels. Kasia works closely with you, to educate you whilst achieving your goals, so that you’re able to continue your progress and create a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
