Pre and Post Natal Personal Training Sevenoaks
Kasia is a qualified and highly experienced pre and post natal personal trainer and women's health and fitness specialist. She will guide you safely through each trimester, accounting for all the benefits and concerns of exercising while pregnant. Tailoring exercises and diet, in sync with your body changes and structural alignment. Importantly, Kasia will whip you back into shape afterwards!
Pre Natal
New to exercise or not we will start off at a pace to suit you and how you are feeling, as you know exercise has huge benefits during pregnancy and can help significantly with birth, so get in contact and we can have a chat about where to start.
Post Natal:
Get in contact after you have had your 6/10 week GP sign off and we can get going.
Don't be worried about low fitness levels or feeling weak, we will start off gently and get back into it at a pace you feel conformable.
What's included in the sessions:
Consultation and analysis with me, a women's fitness and pre and post natal specialist to: establish your goals, lifestyle, overall health and nutrition;
I will take a look at your, sleep, activity levels, nutrition and hydration as these are all important contributing factors to good health and fitness during and post pregnancy.
Bespoke training programme.
Personalised *simple nutrition plan, with total control over what you eat from a choice of over 80 foods with over 20 recipe ideas each month - Optional.
Motivation and support every step of the way!
* Please note the simple nutrition plan is a light nutrition plan which will cover important aspects of nutrition for you to achieve your goals, however it is not as in-depth as my nutrition consultation, where I take a deep dive into your nutrition and all aspects of health that may be affected.
1 Personal Training session per week - £65 per session
Only have the time for 1 session a week? No problem, I will teach you exactly what to do to get the results you're after and how to sustain them. I will motivate you every step of the way while you follow a bespoke simple nutrition programme.
2 Personal Training sessions per week - £63 per session
We can really work together to get the results you are after. I will not only teach you how to train smart, but also how to eat to fuel your body for optimum energy and to get the best results. You will learn to perfect your exercise technique to maximize your goals. You can also speed up your results by following a bespoke simple nutrition programme.
3 Personal Training sessions per week - £60 per session
Want results fast? Reduce the pressure your end by knowing you are guaranteed a week of three effective training sessions with a fitness specialist. By following a simple nutritional guidance programme and optional additional bespoke training sessions tailored to you, you will achieve results fast!
Where:
At my private studio in Sevenoaks, The Middlings, TN13 2NW. I have a fully equipped studio with a range of equipment to complete a great session whatever your goals.
Alternatively I can travel to your home, at a slight extra cost depending on distance.
Group sessions also available on request.
