My approach to nutrition

The comprehensive 360 approach I take to nutrition and overall health and well being is one of sustainability, my goals are to educate and assist you, making small changes manageable over a period of time ensures you are not only learning why these changes are important but also preventing you from feeling overwhelmed. I provide ongoing support throughout to ensure all your questions are answered.

I take an approach ensuring you are getting optimal nutrients from the foods you are consuming while ensuring your diet is not restrictive and will not deprive you of what you enjoy. The service I provide is as personalised as you get in the nutrition space, because my strongest belief is that every single person responds differently to the food they eat and lifestyle they lead.

My experience of 12 years training to a masters degree in nutritional medicine, means that overtime I will educate you to manage your own health and nutrition using successful approaches that work for you as an individual.

I offer online consultations, the cost of an initial consultation is £140 which includes the following:

  • First I will ask you to complete a comprehensive form in which will take a deep dive into your nutrition, sleep, lifestyle and any tests you would like to or have had done. I then take an in-depth look at this prior to your session with me

  • A 45 minute zoom consultation

  • A in-depth nutrition plan that I write with all the information you have given me

  • I also include any supplementation suggestions that I believe may help you and any further tests that we may discuss during the consultation that may be beneficial to you

  • I provide ongoing support throughout

Follow up sessions are 30- 35 minutes long and priced at £100 or £185 for 2 bought together.

Package options:

  • 1 Initial consultation package with 2 follow up sessions; including all of the above listed in the initial consultation with 2 follow up sessions -  £305.

  • 1 Initial consultation package with 4 follow up sessions; including all of the above listed in the initial consultation with 4 follow up sessions -  £485.
